KubraPlus withdrawals are governed by this policy. The policy applies to all withdrawal requests from a KubraPlus account. It establishes the conditions, limits, timelines, and procedures for transferring funds from your KubraPlus balance to your designated payout method.

Eligibility and verification

• The withdrawal of funds is available only to the registered owner of the KubraPlus account who has completed all required verification steps (KYC) and age verification in accordance with applicable law.
• Withdrawals must be in the name of the registered account holder; third-party withdrawals are prohibited.
• If any deposits or withdrawals involve credit cards or e-wallet accounts, the personal details must match those on your KubraPlus account. Failure to match may delay processing or cancel the request.
• KubraPlus reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal if activity appears suspicious or breaches policy; funds may be withheld pending verification.

Withdrawal methods and limits

KubraPlus supports withdrawals to approved payment methods as shown in the Banking section of your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is €25. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by method and currency and may be subject to residual account limits, daily or monthly caps, and regional requirements. You will see the applicable limits when you initiate a withdrawal.

Processing times and banking days

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with banking days. Typical processing time ranges from 1 to 4 banking days after the withdrawal is approved, depending on the payment method. If a request is submitted after 4:00 PM local time on a business day, processing may commence on the next business day.

Status and tracking

You can monitor withdrawal progress in the Banking section by selecting Transaction History. A withdrawal is typically shown as Pending until KubraPlus commences processing and may transition to Completed or Failed based on the outcome of the payout.

Security and compliance

Withdrawals are conducted in accordance with applicable law and KubraPlus policy. Name, address, and date of birth on the withdrawal request must match KubraPlus records. KubraPlus may request further documents to verify identity or source of funds. Withdrawals to unverified or non-matching accounts will be rejected or placed on hold. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Currency handling

Withdrawals are issued in the currency of the KubraPlus account unless you request a conversion in line with KubraPlus currency rules. Currency conversions are performed at KubraPlus prevailing rates at the time of processing and may impact the received amount.
