KubraPlus means the operator providing the Site and related Services. Site means the online gambling platform operated by KubraPlus. Services include all betting, gaming, and ancillary features offered through the Site. Account means the personal account created by a User to access and use the Site. User or Player means a natural person who registers for and uses the Services. Bet means a contract created when the User places a wager on a defined outcome subject to these Terms. Outcome means the result of the event or events on which the Bet is placed. Restricted Jurisdiction means any country or territory where online gambling is prohibited or restricted. KYC means Know Your Customer procedures including verification of identity and address. You means the User who accepts these Terms.
These Terms govern the access to and use of the Site and Services. By registering for an Account or using the Site you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. Bets placed on the Site constitute binding contracts with KubraPlus under these Terms. The odds and terms offered at the time of Bet placement are binding. Settlement occurs after the event or events designated in the Bet have concluded or have been officially declared. If an event is canceled, or a Bet is otherwise void, the stake may be refunded in accordance with the Rules. In the event of discrepancies, KubraPlus decisions are final within the scope of these Terms.
Users must maintain sufficient funds in their Account to place Bets. Minimum deposit amount is 10.00 currency units. Acceptable deposit methods include bank transfers, card payments, and approved digital wallets. Deposits are credited after processing; certain methods may incur processing times or fees disclosed prior to transaction. Minimum withdrawal amount is 20.00 currency units. Withdrawals are subject to verification and may require additional documentation. Withdrawals must be conducted to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where feasible. Funds derived from unlawful activity must not be deposited or withdrawn. If a deposit is charged back or reversed, KubraPlus reserves the right to reverse the corresponding Bet or funds and may charge related fees.
Bonuses and promotions are governed by separate Bonus Rules that form part of these Terms. Eligibility requires a verified Account. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the Bonus Rules and must be wagered within the period stated, failing which the bonus and any winnings may be forfeited. Bonus terms will specify maximum cashout limits, eligible bets, and any restrictions. If an Account is closed, unutilized bonus funds may be forfeited. KubraPlus reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice where permitted by law.
You shall not use the Site in a manner that breaches applicable law or these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes geolocation evasion, collusion, manipulation of game results, use of bots, and attempting to evade wagering limits. You shall not operate from a Restricted Jurisdiction or transfer an Account to a third party. KubraPlus may take reasonable measures to detect and prevent prohibited activity and may suspend or terminate Accounts accordingly.
KubraPlus supports responsible gaming. Tools include deposit limits, session limits, time outs, and self exclusion options. Users may set limits or request a cooling-off period. Self exclusion is for a defined period and may affect all access to the Account. KubraPlus may require identification or impose restrictions to comply with regulatory obligations or to protect the User.
KubraPlus collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Data is used to provide and improve the Services, perform identity and age checks, and comply with legal obligations. Users have rights to access and correct their data where applicable. KubraPlus may share information with authorities as required by law or to investigate suspected violations.
All Site content including software, graphics, text, and other materials are the property of KubraPlus or its licensors. Users are granted a limited license to use the Site for personal gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. No reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is permitted without KubraPlus written consent. User generated content remains the User's responsibility and, where applicable, the User grants KubraPlus a license to use such content for operation and promotion of the Services.
To the extent permitted by law, KubraPlus excludes indirect, incidental, special, and consequential damages arising from the use of the Site. KubraPlus liability for any single claim is limited to the amount of the User's aggregate bets on the Site in relation to the claim or to the maximum cap stated in these Terms, whichever is lower. The Site is provided on an as is and as available basis; KubraPlus does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error free operation and is not liable for third party services, including internet or telecommunications providers. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by KubraPlus' negligence or fraud.
KubraPlus is not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of government, natural disasters, power failures, cyber incidents, or third party actions. In such events KubraPlus may suspend or terminate the Services without liability and may take reasonable steps to restore access as soon as practicable.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Services are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KubraPlus operates. The exclusive forum for disputes shall be the courts of that jurisdiction, except to the extent that arbitration is required by applicable law or by separate binding agreement. The Parties shall seek to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing formal proceedings.
KubraPlus may suspend or terminate a User Account for violation of these Terms or for conduct affecting the integrity of the Site. In such cases unsettled Bets may be resolved in accordance with the Rules, and remaining balances may be retained, forfeited, or returned at KubraPlus discretion. Users may request closure of their Account by contacting the support team, subject to remaining obligations under these Terms.
All notices under these Terms shall be in English and shall be delivered via the registered email address associated with the User Account. KubraPlus may provide notices by other lawful means as permitted by applicable law. Users must keep their contact information current to receive notices.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the User and KubraPlus regarding the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. No waiver will be valid unless in writing. KubraPlus may amend these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after notice of amendments constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
